About Chris Millard

Chris Millard is a program manager and research associate for the CSIS Global Health Policy Center, with a primary focus on the intersection of global health and national security as well as polio eradication and legacy planning. Previously, Mr. Millard worked in the Office of Senator Michael Bennet, where he worked on foreign affairs and national defense legislative issues. He holds a MPP from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, a certificate in international development from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, and a BS from the University of Notre Dame.
